Creating a platform of change   and giving solutions to the issues in our society by producing professional entertainers and also eradicating the rate of unemployment.

OUR GOALS

ii. Raise professional entertainers who would serve as good role models for the younger generation
iii. Teach them how to be self-employed.

K’n’Q MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT is a medium that launches young potentials artists (entertainers) into their dream through the platform of media and entertainment. It creates an avenue for those young ones to;
a. Discover their potential and field of entertainment
b. Acquire necessary skills and content they will need to cause a change in the society.

Our fields of specialization in K’n’Q Media & Entertainment are:
- Music
- Acting
- Cinematography

We are to go into the street of the tiv communities for talent hunt and whoever that qualifies will be relocated to the city for 2 months orientation and after that the eligible ones will be placed into their various fields of entertainment and also register with the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and P-Man in other to qualify them for performances.


ENTERTAINMENT – A TOOL FOR SELF-EMPLOYMENT AND NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

A research has it that there are 12 spheres in the society and out of the 12 spheres there are 3 most important spheres which are (1) the political sphere (2) the economic sphere and (3) the entertainment sphere which is the most influential sphere especially in the lives of the youths. Entertainment to a great extent has eaten deep into the lives, values and morals of our nations especially our young ones.

Understanding that they are the future leaders of this country. We have to realize that the boy or girl this young people are will determine the man or woman they will be, in other words the future they have not start seeing and thinking will be difficult to achieve because what people constantly think of is what they see and become, but the question is what are our youths (Benue Youths) thinking about today? What do they feed their minds with? What gets their ear time? The early we start looking into these things, the more we know the type of people we will be producing as future leaders.

The fear of going into the world to face the challenges of life has become an institutionalized habit and a second nature in the lives of the Tiv youths. And so, they prefer to sit down and criticize the government, accusing those in high political authority for being the reason for their joblessness and misfortune instead of thinking of what they can do for the government. As a result of this, some of these youths who are so talented in so many fields gets themselves involved into rubbery, thuggery, touting and so on. Life does not give you what you want; life gives you what you are determine to take out of it.

The truth of the matter is that the entertainment industry is now the medium that is enthusing our youths, our youths, in recent times, tend to retain and remember more of what they see on T.V than what was taught in class the previous day. They now imitate the people they see on television and hear on radio thereby making it a way of life or their role models.

K’n’Q Media & Entertainment is a medium that intends to transform the youths through entertainment by creating a platform for positive change and give solution to issues in our society by producing professional and international entertainers with good values.

We aspire to achieve the following within the shortest possible time.
1. Harnessing and exploring the hidden potential of youths in making themselves a better person and then making the world and Benue a better place via entertainment
2. Ensure that such potentials and talents are well refined to meet with international standards.
3. Raise transformational entertainers with good value system and integrity who would serve as good role models in the society.

But all this cannot be achieved by one person but by a collective effort of all who have the passion and wish well for  Benue State and our future leaders.
